BBC Earth: Wings 3D


The awesome folks at BBC were kind enough to send me a copy of  Wings3D. Wings3D was just released on April 7th 2015 This is a beautiful movie narrated by the one and only (And my Favorite DR) David Tennant.  Wings3D is a 90 Minute aerial adventure that is sure to give you goosebumps and unforgettable. Soar with bald eagles over the grand canyon, hang out with parrots soaring the beautiful sky, and dive with the barn swallows. Director John Downer has used some amazing filming techniques and technology. I don’t consider myself a “birder” or some kind of nature enthusiast but I really don’t think you have to be to feel the “Awe” Factor or appreciate the beauty when watching this.

  • I was sent the  Salsa Dance Workout Dvd to review through Tomoson. You can find this DVD here on Amazon for $25.99.

    So if you are not wanting to learn how to salsa dance as much as have a fun excuse to move around and have a fun exercise than this would be a good dvd for you.

    The video does not tackle the moves in much detail however

    It certainly works your legs and hips, but doesn’t do much with your upper body. But if you love dancing and want to be able to practice salsa while getting your heart rate up, this workout could be perfect.

    Half of the DVD’s playing time is devoted to learning the steps, but once you have those, you can go through the workouts, each around 6 minutes long. There are a couple beginner workouts and three or four intermediate ones as well as a bonus intermediate one.
