I was sent a copy of The Soup Club cookbook through blogging for books to review. I first picked this book because I was looking for some amazing soup recipes and I found that and more…

I learned about the soup club. Who is in the soup club, when it happen, how much happens and where does it go.

Its pretty cool. It tells you how to get together a group of friends you take one night a week and each make soup and essentially swap soups once a month that way you always have random soups on hand. Pretty cool huh? The recipes in this book sound amazing  Roasted Broccoli soup, potato cheddar soup, curried apple celeriac soup. The photos and illustrations in this book are fantastic and the directions are easy to follow. It even tells you what to include when you deliver your soup and how to serve it.

If you have a bunch of friends that you are interested in forming your own soup club or maybe you like to make 8 quarts of soup at a time.. this book is totally for you.
